Mr. Omokaro is the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Nichole Finance Company Limited. He is endowed with a wide range of Banking, Operations, and General Management skills. Peter attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB). His professional career in the Nigerian Banking sector spans over three decades during which he served as Internal Auditor, Branch Operations Manager, Head: Treasury and Business Development Manager. He has attended International Training and conferences on Treasury Management, Foreign Exchange Trading and Trade Finance. Peter has assisted in the transformation of some underperforming Strategic Business Units in certain segments of the Nigerian Banking sector.

Sir Claudius Olakunle Ball is a distinguished Non-Executive Director, bringing a wealth of experience and accomplishments to the table. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University), he has also obtained professional qualifications from the Institute of Bankers, London, in key areas of banking, management, and administration.

An Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) and a Member of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria, Sir Claudius is a seasoned banking and finance professional with over four decades of experience. His entire career was spent at Union Bank of Nigeria (formerly Barclays Bank DCO), where he rose to a General Management position before retiring meritoriously in 2014.

Post-banking, Sir Claudius has been actively involved in directing the affairs of Origin Tech Group Nigeria Limited as the Executive Vice Chairman. He is known for his excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, creativity, organization, and ability to tackle tough challenges efficiently. He has a keen interest in professional development, leadership, and decision-making.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Sir Claudius is an avid golfer and a longstanding member of Ikoyi Club 1938, where he has served on various sub-committees since 1984. Additionally, his dedicated service to the Methodist Church Nigeria was recognized with the prestigious honor of being awarded as a Knight of John Wesley (KJW) in 2011.

Barrister Catherine Nosakhare Omokaro is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career marked by excellence and achievement. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University (Formerly Ogun State University), she embarked on a journey of continuous learning and professional development early in her career. She furthered her education by obtaining professional qualifications from the Institute of Bankers, London, specializing in critical areas of Banking, Management, and Administration.

With an illustrious career spanning over four decades, Barrister Omokaro is regarded as a thoroughbred professional in the field of Banking and Finance. Her extensive experience was exclusively gained within Union Bank of Nigeria (formerly Barclays Bank DCO), where she navigated through various roles and eventually ascended to a General Management position before retiring with distinction in 2014. Post-retirement, Barrister Omokaro assumed the role of Executive Vice Chairman at Origin Tech Group Nigeria Limited, where she continues to demonstrate her exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.

Enajeroh is a seasoned banker with a wealth of experience spanning over 29 years in the financial sector. She earned her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University and furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

Throughout her career, Enajeroh has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She has participated in numerous training programs both locally and internationally, covering areas such as Change Management Workshop, Credit Management, and more. These endeavours reflect her dedication to staying abreast of industry trends and evolving best practices.

Enajeroh’s career trajectory includes holding senior management positions at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, where she honed her skills in Portfolio Management and Securitization. Her tenure in these roles underscores her proficiency in strategic financial management and her ability to navigate complex financial instruments effectively.

As an astute banker, Enajeroh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her endeavours. Her strategic acumen, coupled with her extensive experience, positions her as a valuable asset within the financial sector.

Ambassador Godson Echegie is a distinguished financial consultant and seasoned analyst with an illustrious career spanning over three decades. Holding a Bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honors in Actuarial Science from the prestigious University of Lagos, he possesses a strong foundation in financial theory and practice. His academic pursuits also include the attainment of a Master’s degree in Finance, complemented by an MSC in Finance and an MBA in Management, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Throughout his professional journey, Ambassador Echegie has held key roles in prominent financial institutions, demonstrating his adeptness in various aspects of banking and finance. Notably, he contributed significantly to Citi Bank Nigeria, where he served as the Assistant Manager for Foreign Exchange and excelled as a Money Market Trader. His tenure at Nigeria Intercontinental Merchant Bank Ltd showcased his leadership abilities as he held pivotal positions such as Manager/Treasurer and Senior Manager.

Ambassador Echegie’s career trajectory continued to ascend as he assumed higher leadership roles, including positions as Assistant General Manager, Executive Director, and Acting Managing Director for Group Merchant Bank/Commercial Trust Bank Ltd. His extensive experience across multiple facets of banking operations underscores his proficiency and strategic acumen in navigating complex financial landscapes.

Beyond his accomplishments in the financial sector, Ambassador Echegie has made significant contributions to the political arena, serving as a Nigerian Ambassador from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, he has lent his expertise to various institutions, serving as a Board Member of the National University Commission and as Pro-Chancellor of Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro, among other distinguished roles.
